Everything here is gluten free, dairy free and dye free. As a mother finding foods my children would love that I would feel good about giving them was a challenge. Creating recipes from simple, whole foods is a labor of love. Our promise is that everything is made from real food, with ingredients you recognize - nothing artificial, ever.
The Realist Mermaid is a woman(and mom!) owned business focused on making the treats we love in the simplest way possible. We love organic and local, and that is what we go with whenever possible. Most products have five or fewer ingredients because we like to keep it simple.
